About Us
Remix to Lead is an education consultancy led by Dr. Giuliana Conti, founded in 2020. It grew from a simple conviction: educators and the organizations that support them deserve help that is thoughtful, evidence-based, and practical.
Dr. Conti has spent her career on all sides of education: as a researcher, a teacher, a teacher educator, policy analyst, and curriculum writer. She earned a PhD in music education from the University of Washington, taught music in K-8 classrooms, worked with students and teachers internationally, and has committed herself to the advancement of K-12 and higher education settings for the benefit of all students.
Successful education is student-centered, research-informed, and built with the people who shape it everyday.
She is also an experienced leader and advocate. As president of a body representing more than 17,000 graduate and professional students, a university alumni board trustee, and a registered lobbyist, she has spent years building consensus, representing people who are often left out of decisions, and turning student and stakeholder voice into real influence.
Remix to Lead carries that full range forward. The firm brings together a network of trusted educators, researchers, and practitioners across subjects and domains, so every engagement draws on exactly the right minds rather than a one-size-fits-all team. Dr. Conti scopes and leads the work, handles the logistics and relationship, and brings in collaborators as each project calls for them.
